EXECUTIVE REGISTRATION PROGRAMME (ERP) - DECEMBER, 2021

INTRODUCTION

Executive Registration Programme (ERP), which is one of the pre-requisite for admission into membership of IT profession in Nigeria.

The three-day programme has been designed to accommodate all intending members of the profession that qualified for direct admission into “11 “the Associate and Chartered Membership categories of the profession.

Please note that any prospective member who misses this opportunity would only be admitted into the profession through the writing of the Council’s professional examination that holds twice every year; April and October.

 

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA FOR PARTICIPATING IN ERP

1. To qualify for admission into the Chartered Member or Associate category of the profession such person must Hold 1st degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields such as Electrical Electronics, Computer Engineering, Physics Electronics and any other degrees as approved by Council from time to time OR Post Graduate Diploma or Second degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

2. Minimum of 10 years post NYSC working experience for Chartered Membership while minimum of 7 years post NYSC working experience is required for Associate Membership.

 

OBJECTIVE

The objective of CPN in this training program is to introduce IT practitioners to various target areas in the IT ecosystem in order to broaden their knowledge. This will help to equip them to meet the challenges that may arise in any application areas that they may find themselves.
