The votes were cast online on Thursday 23^rd October, 2025. In the election result released by the Chairman of the 2025 CPN Electoral Committee, Dr Mohammed Musa Abubakar, Dr Essien, the only candidate for the office of the President/Chairman of Council polled 98 votes, representing 100% of the total votes cast.

Dr Ali Usman Abdullahi, the only candidate for the office of the Vice – President/Vice-Chairman of Council also polled 98 votes to be returned unopposed.
